IPOB 9 identity misfired

I beg to move on Lai Mohammed, on the authored proscription alleging a renegade behavior of IPOB in Anambra State and since then, there are left and right on what the organization is all about. The allegation were based on one time incident – does not merit proscription to start, to the extent that it merits a legal hearing within the bounds of confirmed allegation is not incident to the claims by Lai Mohammed. In essence, allegation amounting to the significant prosecution by the State without adequate investigations from either divide, are actions prejudicial to the constitutionality of the said IPOB, and all actors of law silent on the matter exercise separate rights away from due process which they know too well is to be protected to avoid erroneous discharge municipal duty – for if we maintain that preventing ultra-violet action by the state - even in times like this, preventing sponsored persecution of any organization (usually term ‘group’ - unless they constitute eminent danger to the State) under any circumstance is law upon the realms of the States for any reason. Such action is unlikely to benefit the society for how could a State defends its laws on whims of a Lai Mohammed? Military actions on unarmed civilians without express executive purview are questions of human rights which for the rest of us can not truly be skewed over unless we are told that IPOB is political expedient.

IPOB was described as ‘terrorist organization’ on no other count saving the so called proscription, an action which went into effect a few weeks after Britain officially decided to assist Nigeria in the fight against Boko Haram suggesting that they were not unaware of the growing popularity of IPOB and the London based Nnamdi Kanu, and arguing forward that there were no sure what the organization is about. The actions of the Government lack decorum – no class - it forced the most dispassionate observer to take a side even if it redeems the individual a sympathizer to unfettered course of IPOB. But against IPOB is not to be regarded as a small snake in Nigerian politics – it is not a python either; it is reptilian in a sense of its people, perhaps amphibious in sense of throes with politics capable of sneak attack. But Nnamdi Kanu, Ben Onwuka, Ralph Uwazuruike, or Asari Dokubu more meaning to Nigeria and their Eastern than a Pat Utomi? One cannot always be sure of who is the drive-in for the Continental shelf called West Africa until newer days. The attention of these group is unduly and the outcome of their actions are unnecessary saving for a possible fact that these separatist groups are believed to harbor pretensions of Boko Haram, unless there are other ingredients in the motive that the group were worthy of proscription in response to Boko Haram. It is believed that Obasanjo did not lift a finger in dealing with the complains many of us made at the Nigerian Village Square of the thralldom of a new and culturally disturbing group....

We can not fail to recall that in a sequence of events leading from President Buhari’s hospitalization in London, Britain re-entered Nigerian secret service with intent of helping Nigerian military overcome the problems of Boko-Haram which was considered by international body as a terrorist organization for publicly claiming responsibility for certain attacks in Nigeria. This is besides the point, the point is that a gulf between groups of interest advocating separatist agenda in Nigeria seem to shrink to the point that these groups however definite in their structure is being considered legally ‘undifferentiated’ by the actions of the Federal Government running with scissors on a mere “proscription” by Lai Mohammed – Minister, Information and Culture.

One of the measures I believe the central government is taking to forestall the growth of minor operations in the Country, including separatist main stay in South East Nigeria; the Massob (formerly led by Ralph Uwazuruike), Biafra Zionist (Ben Onwuka), IPOB (Nnamdi Kanu), and other patriotic fronts in the Lower Niger and Niger-Delta, is to physical force them into isolation – excessive brigadier’ a point to consider that the law enforcers in Nigeria are said to ‘guarantee equal protection before the law’, yet to the better knowledge of the rest of us, Buhari led administration is neglecting other ingredients in these organization and their motive. I point to Hebrew and the now ‘Jew’ origins of these separatist actors, that through the long history of the South East and the South South are more than modicum of their Hebraic origins. In essence we are handling the issue from without recourse to experience, that is the mathematics behind the failures of FG to hold Bakassi as part and central to Biafra. To this short point is the open argument that it seems that the effects of Civil War was felt deep in several parts of Nigerian South East and South South – Calabar, Delta to mention, but anyone looking at the three mentioned separatist, Uwazuruike, Onwuka, Kanu, will recognize that they are children one state, Abia – God’s Own State, in lime-lie the once Capital of the Biafra State but a State including Aba that came under the direct assault of the Central Nigerian Army – from Port Harcourt when it fail, from Calabar when it was finally taken and from Akwa-ibom – the Old Calabar.

One tie that bounds now stiffens

I pray that each of these leaders will remember their bund to their Eastern State, for we take these soldiers in the war for a better nation, they may or may not be seen as heroes in all of us. To others we may have noted the reasons why they act, the saying apply "to whom much is given much required"....
